Our maths topics now follow the MOE syllabus line by line
We have mapped every topic in the MOE Primary Maths syllabus to the skills we teach, so we can see what is covered and what is still missing.
Your child's school teaches from the Ministry of Education's Primary Maths syllabus. It was rewritten in 2021, and this year's P6 class is the first to sit the PSLE on the new version. We want our practice to match what your child learns in class, so we went back to the source.
What we did
We read the latest MOE syllabus, updated in October 2025, and the 2026 PSLE Maths syllabus from SEAB. We then listed every topic from P1 to P6 next to the skills our questions practise. Our team can now see, topic by topic, where we have questions and where we don't.
What we found
Most of what we practise lines up with the right year. Two skills do not. Under the new syllabus, ratio and average are taught in P6, but we had them in P5. Our curriculum lead will decide how to move them. Until then, a P5 child may still see a few of these questions.
We also found topics we don't cover yet, such as angles, time, money and graphs. Those are next on our list.
What stays the same
Every question is still written by our own team. The syllabus tells us what to teach. It is not where our questions come from, and we never copy exam papers.
