Our plan is now open for anyone to read
See what we are building next, what we have ruled out, and how we decide.
Our full product plan now sits on one page at /admin/roadmap. Anyone can read it without creating an account.
What is on the page
The plan starts with three things we believe parents want. Practice should end on time, learning should still be there two weeks later, and you should be able to see whether it is working. Under each need, we list the features already built and the ones planned next. We also name the measurement we will use to evaluate each one.
The next stage is a closed pilot with 60 children over eight weeks, from November 2026 to February 2027. Thirty children will get questions selected from their own answers. The other thirty will follow a fixed curriculum order. Two weeks after practice, both groups take a short test using questions they have never seen. If personalised selection does not produce better results, we will publish that finding openly.
Paid subscriptions come after the pilot, and only if children learned more without extra pressure at home.
What we will not build
The page also lists decisions we have made for the next twelve months. We will not add streaks, points, prizes or notifications designed to pull your child back. Answers will not be marked by artificial intelligence. A person writes and checks every question, solution and hint. Teacher and school accounts are also off the list, because our first responsibility is to families.
Why we published it
You are trusting us with your child's time. You should be able to see what we intend to do with it. If something on the list looks wrong to you, please tell us, and we will look at it again.
